01Which size should I choose?
The small mat (30 x 21 cm, about 11.8 x 8.3 in) suits toaster ovens and air fryer trays. The large mat (42 x 29.5 cm, about 16.5 x 11.6 in) suits a standard oven tray. Measure the inside of your tray if you're unsure.
02How do the fold-up corners work?
Each corner has a snap button. Press the snaps together and the edges stand up into a shallow tray that holds juices and marinade. Unsnap them and the mat lies flat again.
03How do I clean it?
Let it cool, then wipe it down or wash it in warm soapy water and let it dry. Avoid scouring pads and don't cut food on it, so the non-stick surface lasts.
04Can I use it under the broiler?
No. Use it in the oven or air fryer as a pan liner, but keep it away from the broiler, open flames and direct heating elements.
05When will my order arrive?
