Not in love with your order? You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, worn costumes and used pet items can't be returned unless faulty.
- Sale and clearance items are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
Damaged or wrong item?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, with no need to return the item.
How to start a return
Send us your order number through our contact page and we'll email you instructions. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
