30-day returns

Not in love with your order? You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, worn costumes and used pet items can't be returned unless faulty.
• Sale and clearance items are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

Damaged or wrong item?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, with no need to return the item.

Send us your order number through our contact page and we'll email you instructions. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
